The Head of ICT, Mr Steve Fok was invited to share the latest information on preparation of ISO/IEC 20000: 2018 for IT services, which are upgraded to the new version in 2018. The seminar was organized by Macau Productivity and Technology Transfer Center (CPTTM) on 5 March 2019, which attracted more than 60 attendees from different industries.
